Frequently asked questions
Do I need to add a payment method?+
No. You can try the app free for 7 days without entering a card. A payment method only becomes necessary once you choose a plan.
Can I cut my videos as well?+
Yes. Under “Editing” you get a timeline with a preview: trim and split clips, add transitions and effects, bring in music and images. The finished edit is exported as a video and can be subtitled right away.
Are there any extra costs?+
No. The plan price is the final price. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act, we do not charge VAT.
What happens after the trial?+
Nothing is charged automatically. If you do not choose a plan, access is locked - but your data is kept for 14 days and can be reactivated with a plan.
Will my videos be published?+
No. Your files live in private object storage and are only ever retrieved through short-lived, personal links.
How do I cancel?+
Any time, in your account, one click away. Everything stays available until the end of the paid period - then the 14-day retention window begins.
Which languages are supported?+
The interface is available in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish. Subtitles can also be created in Dutch, Polish, Hungarian and Czech. These four are also recognised as the original language.
